EXCHANGES
WHICH ARTICLES CAN BE EXCHANGED?
Exchanges can be made for the same model in a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange for a different model, you will have to return the first item and then purchase the new model.
For safety and hygiene reasons, Pitillos masks cannot be changed.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
30 calendar days from the date of the order.
WHAT IS THE COST OF AN EXCHANGE?
There is no cost for the first 2 exchanges of items of the same model. We'll collect the items and exchange them for the new colour or size that you requested.
To exchange 3 or more items of the same model will incur a returns charge of €4.25 (VAT incl.). This amount must be paid to the delivery person at the time of collection. Please keep in mind to have the exact amount ready in cash.
WHAT CONDITIONS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Items must be in perfect condition, unused, with original labels and original packaging. We will only accept the exchange of items that meet these conditions.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
- Request the exchange on our website following the process described below.
- Once the exchange has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a reference number.
- Pack the item back into its original box and write the following information on the packaging. Please do not write directly on the original box.
- Reference number: (this number will be in the format DE00001)
- Address: Calzados Pitillos, Carretera de Préjano, 46, 26580 Arnedo (La Rioja)
- When we have the new item ready to ship, we will contact you via email or telephone to arrange a date and time for the collection of the item being returned and delivery of the new item. In the meantime, you can contact us at this phone number: +34 941 38 55 79.
- Hand the correctly packaged returns item to the delivery person, and in exchange they will give you the new item requested.
- In the case that you return the items of your own accord or with postage due, we would have to deduct the incurred costs from your refund. If the collection address of the merchandise is different from the original delivery address, this could lead to additional costs.

30 calendar days from the date of the order.
WHAT IS THE COST OF A RETURN?
None. We'll collect the item you wish to return free of charge.
WHAT AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED AND HOW?
If the returned item is the only item in your order, the amount of the entire order is refunded (VAT incl.), that is, the amount of the item plus the cost of shipping.
If the article returned forms part of an order with more items, only the amount of the returned item will be refunded (VAT incl.).
The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method.

- When we receive the return, we will check it meets our conditions and if so, we will accept the return and process the refund in no more than 7 working days from the date we recieve the returned item.
- Please do not return items of your own accord or with postage due. In this case, we would have to deduct the incurred costs from your refund. If the collection address of the merchandise is different from the original delivery address, this could lead to additional costs.
PROCESS TO REQUEST A CHANGE OF SIZE/COLOUR OR A RETURN IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED USER
- Make sure that the product and its packaging are in perfect condition.
- In the event that you want to change the size or colour of the same model, check online that the new size or colour you want is available.
- Login on our website and go to the 'My Account' page.
- Click on 'Orders and Returns'.
- In the order which contains the article that you wish to exchange or return, click the green button to the right: 'Information'.
- Mark the item you wish to exchange or return and indicate the quantity if there is more than one unit.
- If you wish to make an exchange, indicate the new size or colour in the box below.
- Finally, click on 'Request Return'.
